Billy now has his cast off after having suffered a broken arm on Thanksgiving day. I am doing much better. We should be back to full speed soon. Thanks to all our clients for your patience. We are profoundly humbled by the clients we have, thank you!

November 30, 2004 Notice

On Thanksgiving day, Billy sustained a broken arm from a horse that kicked him.  [to bad it didn't kick him in the head, or all would be alright]

I am just "getting out of the woods" and Billy is now with a broken arm.
What that means is that it now takes 2 of us to make one shoer. Anyway, I don't know how efficient we will be. We are taking it one horse at a time.
Once again, we must ask you to be patient. We expect a slow down, but feel that we can still take care of everyone or do our best. For about the next 6 weeks feel free to call either one of us for help, but we will be working together.

Once again, thanks for your understanding

David & Bill

November 19, 2004 Update

To my , more than patient, clients,

In the last several months I have had an on going routine of tests to determine the cause of my "dizzy spells". These spells are of some real concern when it comes to shoeing horses. It is a positional problem and one of those positions is when I assume a shoeing posture. The few times it has happened while attempting to shoe a horse it has made for some scary moments. If you can imagine, getting dizzy , and falling or almost falling while under the horse. This usually spooks the horse and if Billy weren't with me , it could be real dangerous as you might imagine.  However, the spells are getting less frequent.

On Tuesday the 16th at the Southwest Medical Center, I had my last battery of tests. At that time they determined the problem was damage to my brain stem. This actually sounds worse than it is, according to the doctor. They have every reason to believe that with physical therapy, I will make a good enough recovery to return to work full time.

As of now , I am still on kind of a "injured reserve" status. Hopefully things will begin to progress more rapidly now and I will be back to work soon.

A very Humble and heart felt THANKS  to my clients and friends
for your unwavering support and prayers.
Thanks again, see ya soon.

Today is August  3rd . After Talking with my Doctor today, my new target date to return to work is August the 15th [pending the outcome of additional tests he plans to run for the dizzy spells]. This is getting very frustrating for me and an inconvenience for you I know, for which I really apologize!
Bill Wilson will still be trying to take care of our business as you need him[469 261 9963]
Thank You for your understanding and patience
